yes! great idea, get in touch with Decktopus. You are right, it is a stand alone solution, and companies that can integrate bringing in new templates to the platform (could be you) will have another way of improving the product and user experience at Decktopus end, and new revenue stream for you.
They are in essence an alternative to powerpoint, so you arenĀ“t too far off from what they already do.
Contact them, you may find some synergy for sure. And if it is possible to use your templates there, let me know and will buy!
