As long as the number is active at least once every 6 months with 1 call or SMS, the number won't expire and you do get a top-up credit every anniversary date making it a lifetime number.

We do always let all users know about the terms of the offer before making a purchase.

Users are also always given the option to turn on the number expiry notification on their mobile app which will notify them if a number is expiring soon.
