Paid for the LIFETIME number to use when traveling in the US. When trying to use it it says "expired". I wrote to customer service and all they said was "You didn't use it for 6 months. Read the fine print. Sorry". Wow what a scam. Great way to take money from people without providing service. What did I actually pay for?
