Q: Are Canvas Guide Plan integrated to share info? Or do we write all info into each tool? And why do my notes vanish?
To quote your Founder's area on here ... "📝 Idea Plan is an innovative business canvas that will give you a high-level overview of your idea. It’s fast to write, and it will help you to easily build your business model."
Can I transfer or use the info from tools, like the Canvas area, to others OT to my actual business Plan dashboard? Or to any other tools within IdeaBuddy - for the next steps? I'm trying to find buttons or other to send Canvas info to Plan or Guide etc. Are they not integrated for next step planning or usage?
Or, should i send by Exporting Canvas etc as PDF 1st ... and then import to the other tools & their dashboards?
Or. Am I missing a feature since I only purchased Tier 1? Is that it?
Lastly, Why in Canvas are my notes always vanishing? Are they going somewhere else, I'm not aware of?
Thank you. :)

Apr 24, 2025A: Hi there, if I understood the question correctly, you are asking if the Canvas and Guide (business plan) are linked.
They are separated at the moment, which means that you need to export your data from Canvas to PDF or Word and copy that once again to the steps in Guide sections.
Canvas is included in the LTD offer. The only feature that is not included in the LTD is the whiteboard tool.
Regarding the disappearing notes, this must be caused by some Chrome plug-in for writing aid that is not supported by IdeaBuddy. I suggest you try deactivating these plug-ins, or using our platform in Incognito mode, or some other browser.
Cheers!
Thank you for the response, I'll check the browser settings. I'm a 2 Code user. Can i change the email to my account - without messing anything up? My email may have been hacked recently. And. Are there any tools or plan making dashboards in ideabuddy that are integrated together for working out next steps? I may have missed that. :)

Sure, you can change the email address in the app, on the My Profile page. Can you please elaborate on the other question? I’m afraid I don’t understand it correctly.
