Q: I was able to add 3 codes in the check out
I was able to add 3 codes in the check out even though the offer jumps from T2 to T4. Is this an error? If not, how many ideas can I use with 3 codes

Oct 30, 2025A: We don't have upgrade options for 3 codes, so you can buy 1 additional code, and we will upgrade your account to allow you to create 10 ideas and invite 10 collaborators. The other option is to refund one code, and you will have 3 idea slots and 3 collaborators.
