Q: Why is Code Redemption a Manual Email Process?

Hi there,

I bought two codes, but once I bought the codes then Appsumo's advise was to email support in order to redeem the codes. I have been waiting two days for response from the support email.

Why are all other deals on Appsumo instant redemptions and do not require manual emails to be sent, but with IdeaBuddy the redemption process is manual per email?
