And I had a question about an error I saw using the API key... But is the support on a free account not able to be given? I was trying to see if this would be a valid solution for me if I could test out the key and it worked, I would purchase it. But I keep going back and forth with the support agent, and it's getting nowhere because I do not have a "valid subscription on an email id"
