Q: Pre-purchase questions
Hi, this looks like an intriguing deal, but I have a few questions beforehand:
1) Your description says this tool is suitable for social media scheduling... is it really? If so, how?
2) Are my uploaded images/videos truly private? Who can access them? What guarantees the safety & privacy of my uploaded images?
3) Can you tell me a bit about the sustainability of your business? (E.g.: number of subscribers; MRR; size of your team; long-term vision; etc.) If I become a user, I'd be looking to use your tool for many years to come!

We conducted periodic reviews of the uploaded images. Please note that SMI is designed for business purposes, not for private images. However, we assure you that no one else will use the images, and they are entirely under your control. Kindly review the terms and conditions regarding the upload of restricted images.
SMI has been in existence since 2018, marking its seventh year now. Our vision is to provide users with a seamless and convenient way to upload their images, videos, and other files directly from their desktop, much like the functionality offered by Google Drive, and we are working on it.
