Q: Have you stopped with customer support?
I'm have issues with my videos, I'm getting constant error messages (and customer complaints that the videos are not playing). Support (sent via website) has not answered.
I had to stop using killerplayer.

Having issues as well. Looks like they updated to a new version, but I can't seem to get that one to work. So now all my old videos have an error and say to refresh the browser. Sad, because it used to work so well.

They have a FB group for users. Seems like the team has gone MIA and hasn't been responsive for months so it's not just us. Quite unfortunate. I truly need it for a current project smh.
that makes sense as to why they are not answering, I just going to ask for my money back.
