Can we disable or enable the products on the front end if we are run out of stock or auto disable for the product.
Can we make purchase later on request when the item/product is out of stock?

Currently there's no inventory management in Kiripp but it's in our internal wishlist, it will be available some time in the future.
Yes there's the option to mark a product as unavailable. When doing so, the produst shows in the front end store, but it's greyed out and it cannot be purchased, for example:
https://kiripp.com/pizzeria-pontevecchio
In the above demo store, the item Pizza napoli is unavailable to buy.
When item is unavailable, only way to make it purchasable is by marking it manually as available.
