All of your reported bugs have been fixed: https://get.kiripp.com/changelog. As you know we just released a major update and we expect bugs will be found. However we are committed to fix all of them asap.

Custom store policies and terms is not available as of now and will be added in a future version.

Regarding your third point, we are always open to suggestions for adding new features. We rewrote our back end from scratch to take all of the feedback and make it a better, fully featured tool for our sellers. If it doesn't work for you in its current form, please give it a try again in the future as we're always improving it.
