If I understand correctly, you would want to use KPIBees and send rows of data to users by email?

KPIBees can help with a part of the problem, but it's not designed to solve something like this completely.

It can help, say, with bring the codes from another platform into the spreadsheet. Perhaps your provider of "something". Once your data is in the spreadsheet, then you could use another google sheet add-on to send an email to each row (there are quite a few, including one which has an ltd with appsumo now).

The use case of KPIBees, in general, is to help you bring the data into the spreadsheet, which may act as a bridge to other tools. It's less about connections directly with other tools.
