Q: I purchased this but unfortunately found the script created not to work and instead stop the video displaying.
I tried it using Thrive Architect, Divi, Elementor and straight html with the video either not displaying or just playing as normal and failing to display the overlay at the required time in.
I contacted support but following the automated acknowledgment have been ignored, even after reaching out various times since. I am very disappointed with not only Lead Player but also the support which has been non-existent.
Why the lack of support?

A: I apologize for the delayed contact.
Actually the page builders do not allow popups for security reasons. I'm also using Thrive Architect on these example pages, but you have to edit code within Thrive Architect and other page builders in order this to work: http://leadplayer.net/2nd-popup http://leadplayer.net/1st-popup
Unfortunately to say you use Thrive Architect in your tutorials you fail to make any mention you have to edit code within Thrive Architect and other page builders in order this to work. As such are you prepared to say what code has to be edited within Thrive Architect as the two example links you provided including their source code does not tell me this.
Actually Thrive Architect change their code every now and then... so one solution doesn't work for each version. That's why we are not supporting any page builder at this moment.
