An MAU is an acronym for a "monthly active user". We define monthly active users as unique visitors who load a page where the Lou code snippet is installed. In other words, each visitor to your website where you've installed Lou is counted as one MAU. If a user visits the website multiple times or with different devices they are still only counted as one MAU. Hope that helps!
