Q: We have our web based application which we install on client server.
Can we use this tool, so whenever we install it will auto show all configuration of Product Announcement or Onboarding Tour. Do all our clients have to install google chrome to get all features of LOU ?

You can install Lou by adding our code snippet to the HTML <head> section of your website. Once installed, Lou product tours and announcements will appear automatically for users in any browser without them needing to install a chrome extension.
