I purchased Lou, just because I looked for a site guiding tour app. And Lou got some high appreciation as a solid app, from some IT groups I joined.

Instead, I was amazed to get a full suite from Lou, including tooltips, hotspots, site naviation guide and a bunch of helpful application. The Chrome extension is a bit unfamiliar with me at first, but it turned out to be extremely helpful with convenient workflows and dashboard.

Lou has a very good MAU plan, even for 1 Tier. The only minor point may be that you need access to the "Head" section of the site to install Lou, but this is not a big issue, even for a site novice like me.

So, that's how LOU app became my new LOVE!!! Thanks the team for the great works and for sharing with us here in AS.
