Q: How does the inbox setting work?

If I were to purchase the max tier and get unlimited, would I be able to set it up for my family, and each person will have a separate login and be able to adjust the mailman setting?

I can use Mailman to achieve this: I have a gmail to which all emails sent to my company arrive. I created a MYNAME label. When in the office they manually drag an email to my MYNAME tag I need to get an automatic forwarding to my personal email address.
