Q: I have few questions.
If anyway the connected gsuite account gets ban , for my fault, would it then able to add another gsuite new account, or the first and last account is the only one that can be connected to this tool.
Is bulk mailing allowed with this tool?
If for my fault gsuite account gets ban, would it anyways also bans my mail meteor account ?
If in some campaign my lot of mails , lands into spam , does that anyways create warning from your side and eventually gets be ban from your side.
Is there any way to schedule mails , and not send them all at once, schdule follow-up sequence ?

May 15, 2024A: Dear abhinaba7,
Thanks for your new questions! Here are some answers that may help:
If your Google account gets banned because of spamming behavior, then we reserve the right to cancel your account in order to keep accounts safe and prevent spam. Of course, we'll make sure to contact you beforehand to discuss and investigate what happened. We are very serious about protecting our users' account reputation.
Is bulk mailing allowed with Mailmeteor? If by "bulk emailing" you mean sending millions of emails to unverified email addresses then the answer is no! Mailmeteor lets you send bulk emails directly from Gmail as long as you abide by Google's bulk sender guidelines: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126?hl=en
Regarding your third questions, Mailmeteor is built on privacy-first. It means we don't have access to your email inbox by design. In other words, we have no way to monitor if you are sending spammy content or if your email copy is full of spam words. However, if your email get blocked, we are able to investigate further and take a decision from there.
Lastly, there's indeed a way to schedule your emails and not send them all at once. We have a feature called the Autopilot that lets you define throttling, that is a delay between your emails and a period of time over which they will be sent: https://mailmeteor.com/blog/autopilot
Hope this helps!
Jean
