Q: My plan has been downgraded; missing many features; I don't have access to support
My Appsumo plan has been downgraded. I logged in to use it for the first or second time since purchasing only to discover that I don't have access to many features, including support (!), and my limits have been downgraded.
How do I get in touch then?
