I LoOove this app!
Probably the easiest way to send emails ever.
It works really well with googles sheets, which also work well with google FORMS.
That is a killer combination.
AND you can make autoresponders according to the answers in the forms.

I have tested the tool and it's excellent. And the support team is kind, and very fast and resolutive.

I bought this for the first time in November 2021. Since then we've bought another 5 instances for various emails we use.
It's a no-brainer for us: if you have small lists (sub-2K) or can split mailings over multiple days (2K per day) then you have the ultimate deliverability direct from your Google Workspace email.
If you're not running complex transactional emails but need well formatted emails with support for custom fields - basically mailmerge - then there's nothing we've found that comes close to this in simplicity and reliability.

I am glad to find and be able to use this simple and effective tool.

This is my worst Appsumo buy till date. Never expected such a disappointment
Support was non existent.
I would send any campaign and the response was same.
You have reached limit for sending emails.
I would barely send 50 emails in a day and I would face the same issue.
What's the point of the tool then?
No way to contact support.
Each message just redirects to another help article without any means to contact support.

So easy to use and has the features I want.

I combine this with Mutant Mail which allows me to send mail with email alias (without the need for SMTP).

I was thinking in this expensive price i will get business plan,but there are giving basic premium plan,which are not suitable for my needs.it should be business plan

The software works like SendSimple, which I missed that Lifetime deal, but Mailmeteor is polished!
The first email campaign of 50 users was just a generic email
The second campaign of 100 users was mailed, and I figured out how to get the first name to be filled out, making it more personalized.
The software works very well and I'm happy with my lifetime purchase.
If you need to send out lots of emails with Gmail, just get it!

While the price might feel a little steep, in practice, this is so worth it.

I ran into an issue at work where we had an assistant in place to help with scheduling who quit due to personal reasons and it left a massive void and put the onus on us to schedule all of our meetings with our clients, which doesn't sound like a terrible thing, but with 60+ clients and meetings non-stop throughout the day, it's difficult to find the time to play email tennis with them just to find a time that works best for them and myself.

I employed Tidycal for a convenient, easy and powerful scheduling tool to solve the scheduling headache, but I still needed a way to automate the process - enter MailMeteor.

I set up a Google Sheet with all of the clients, the account name, the individuals at the account to contact, their emails, and the services they use with us, along with dynamic links routed to different booking types within Tidycal so that we never under- or over-booked time based on their needs.

Once I had all of the information in the sheet, all that was left was setting up a template that took just a couple of minutes to do, segment out the amount of clients I would contact at any given time (because I really didn't want all 60+ scheduling a time with me in the next few days), and deploy.

So far, it's worked flawlessly. It took some time to set up the sheet manually, but that's more or less expected with any automation, you have to put in the time on the front-end to reap the rewards on the back-end and I'm seeing the fruit of my labor before my very eyes.

The ONLY con that really stands out, that I have seen in competitors, is the inability to set recurring schedules. Ideally, I want to fully automate this so that the first week of the month, Clients 1-25 get the email inviting them to schedule, the second week, Clients 26-51 get theirs, and the following week 52+ get theirs. That would be the final nail in the coffin to ensure I don't have to lift another finger moving forward, so I am really hoping they deploy that feature, but other than that, I have no qualms with the product or service. I just hope the MailMeteor team allows me to move my license off my Google workspace if/when I leave my current company so I can continue to use it down the road.

This truly is an AWESOME product for anyone who lives in Google Sheets like I do -- it really helps keep small prospecting or 1-off group emailing efforts super organized and efficient. I don't use it as my main email tool (I use SalesLoft, Acumbamail, and Instantly), but MailMeteor is the PERFECT additional tool in the toolbox to shoot out any short-term or batch type of email outreach. 5 tacos all the way!

I was looking for an alternative to gmass and I found mailmeteor! It's super easy to use and connects to a spreadsheet in google drive and the UI of the website itself is once with metrics your campaigns etc. I really like the tool! I like it so much I have it on a few workspaces.

I just had to buy it, .
I have a google workspace email address, I install meteor.
In my google sheet, I put my cell, my title for each column.
I create a draft with the fields (title of my columns)
that's it, when I send it (with the wizard..), I receive a notification when the job is done.
Plus : 2000 email a day, it is just great!

I purchased this tool to save time sending same email to multiple recipients (with personalization touch) and it works perfect.

There are tons of other email template builders that can do the job "beautifully" but those emails land in "Promotions" tab. I don't need that beauty if it fails to deliver in the primary "inbox".

With MM, you land right in primary inbox and that is really important for me.

Just picked up this great product. Needed an easy solution to send out emails. WOW Dirct from Gmail. Love it.

Set up my first campaign easy, sent it out quick, and was absolutely astonished that I got a 60%+ Open rate. Tons of inbound lead opportunities started coming in, and I could not be happier.
