I've been a long time Microsoft Office user and have been in many professional positions that required the use of mail merging to mass send personalized emails to staff and clients. However, since 2017 I have been working with university students and they operate on Google Workspace (previously GSuite). To keep my workflow streamlined, I used my provided university email and adapted to the Google ecosystem. But there was something missing! I could not find a RELIABLE and ROBUST mail merging service.

Fast forward to Jan. 2020, after yet another attempt to research solid mail merging services I came across Mailmeteor and lo and behold, my prayers were answered! I unfortunately could not get the university to install Mailmeteor domain-wide so I have been missing out on some of the premium features. However, when I saw this Lifetime deal I immediately jumped on it! It is definitely worth the investment! I can now attach documents, track emails, schedule emails to be sent, and essentially do all the things I use to with Microsoft...possibly MORE and MORE EASILY! With almost 2 years of use, Mailmeteor has made my life so much easier and they have definitely improved over time. One thing I noticed recently was that when creating a template, they added an "Insert variable" button that automatically lists all the headers in your Google Sheet. Simple quality of life addition! No more manually entering {{ Field }}. I did see someone say they wish the add-on could appear as a side bar instead of a pop-up and I would concur! Other than that, I am more than happy with my purchase!

Lastly, their customer service is phenomenal! When I first installed Mailmeteor I sent quite a few questions to their support team and received a response in under 24 hours! I am HUGE on customer service and the Mailmeteor team is KILLING IT!! Even if other add-ons could do what Mailmeteor does for less, their customer service alone would keep me!

All in all, this is 100% worth the investment. And its for a LIFETIME!!
