Sorry for the delayed response to your query (this page was unfortunately unavailable for a while).
In any case, to answer your questions:
1. Yes, it supports B2B transactions. If you're using Stripe, then it can assist with the calculation and collection of VAT but does not perform automatic VAT number verification.
2. I am looking at adding an integration with WooCommerce, which could potentially help you in generating additional invoices. You can already share invoices currently for any purchases (but not via WooCommerce yet).
