The chrome extension seemed like it would work, and because I use Facebook a lot I was hoping that this would solve the issue of tagging and organization. However it didn't work for me at all.

I reached out to technical support, and while I got an initial answer within 24 hours. after I followed up, I received no assistance. This was a terrible investment. Shortly after purchasing I see the deal is no longer offered on appsumo. I with the creator well, and I hope that the reason I haven't gotten a response yet is because they have an influx of tickets. I followed up Day's later with no response This was absolutely terrible and taught me a lesson, that if the tool doesn't allow for a 60 day refund period don't invest in it because it makes one think that the person offering the deal has no faith in there product. As this deal is off of appsumo, it may not be necessary, but I was hoping to at least get this working as if it did it would solve so many issues. If my ticket is ever resolved i will update my review.

I run a business mainly on my personal FB profile, so this plugin is exactly what I was looking for.

I read the negative reviews and didn't purchase, so I reached out the support team to ask if the product was still being offered and supported. I got a response, took a chance and purchased.

1, The product works just great. At first I couldn't get the messaging to work but support helped me resolve this by simply selecting a different dropdown.
2, The plugins work just on a standard chrome, I don't use the beta version.
3, I installed the plugins directly from the chrome store.
4, The login information was sent to me in a separate email after entering the app sumo codes.

For me this plugin is a game changer, being able to follow up with leads in FB messenger makes my life so much easier.

Mself and at least one other person have not been able to gain access to the product. no login information is provided after purchase and one can not even enter ones email address as an attempt to recover a password. After a day I have recived zero response from the vendor and while I have gotten an automated response from appsumo I have yet to get the issure resolved. Could be just a fluke, but be cautious and note it is listed as NON REFUNDABLE which unfortunately I missed.

I did not receive a confirmation email, and I was never asked to enter a password. I have not idea how to proceed or access the product.

I was so excited to get this app but unfortunately, there is a significant bug that makes this app UNUSABLE on chrome. You have to download the unstable developer beta version of chrome to use it.

Not good. And I've been trying to get a refund...
