I can not access the product
I did not receive a confirmation email, and I was never asked to enter a password. I have not idea how to proceed or access the product.

May 14, 2024After you redeem the code you should have got an email with the username and password.
If you haven't still got it please reach out to support@automatics.zendesk.com with the email/coupon code you bought.
I'm sorry i couldn't reply faster as i was admitted in hospital because of covid.
