If I am not mistaken, the differents with the offer they posted in dealify are :
1. It's not specialized for eCommerce Shop (in AppSumo it is);
2. For every plan purchased through dealify we only able to create 1 app.

I just posted a question about how many eCommerce Shop app (each for iOS and Android OS) can we create through this AppSumo deal. If the answer is only 1, frankly I don't know what to say.

The deal in Dealify is cheaper than in AS,to remove branding you just need to spend 99 while here has to spend double of it
