All of those plugins that you have mentioned will be built in the coming months, especially Pabbly :)
Speaking of GST in Aus, you can add a custom extra charge called GST and it will be added to the cart automatically.

Hi, if you using WordPress then rather use Forminator.
Why did you ask about the Australian GST? Is the GST on Dukaan different in some way?
If you have bought, what other delivery options are there for stores in Australia?
