It Has Potential But....
This is a really hard review to write. Here's why.
This is a really great deal. You get a lot of really great features. But the design process kinda boxes you in. This is understandable since this is a "restricted" version of WordPress to prevent security and compatibility issues. Understandable.
Here are a few things I would change:
1.) Allow users to automatically active premium plugins.
It's kind of annoying having to request access. Especially if you're in the process of creating a site.
This kind of messes up your workflow.
2.) This needs to have more themes.
I was playing around with this. I found it kind of odd that in kadence, you can't choose any child themes. You can only use the pre-selected theme you choose in the initial setup of your site.
I this is a great deal price-wise and on paper. However, in terms of usability, it's OK.
Here's the thing. The fact that your offer is based on WordPress is your advantage. There are similar competitors that offer site builders. (Some of them on Appsumo.)
WordPress gives you full control over your site's look and feel. WordPress isn't as easy or as quick as using a site builder with premade themes. That's a trade-off many people will make because they can really customize their site to their liking. You give up simplicity for the freedom that WordPress offers. Usually, WordPress doesn't box you in, the theme kind of guide you. Not limit you.
Otherwise. There are easier site builders. They allow you to create websites a lot faster and easier. Here's the catch with those. They don't use WordPress so it's a lot harder to manage blog posts and site structure. You're also pretty limited to the look and feel.
Even though with these site builders I couldn't create say; an authority site. I could create small local sites for clients a lot quicker than with WordPress.
I would be giving up the freedom of WordPress for the ease of creating a site.
Long story short. You don't want to limit people's options and box people in. Since that kinda kills the benefits of using WordPress, to begin with. This is just my opinion though.
I truly do hope to see this grow and evolve and get better since it does have a lot of potential. Especially for the price and what you offer.

NOTE: All our Kadence Starter sites are built on their Child Themes by default.
NOTE: You are able to change your site template after signing up. It easy to do. Reach out to me and I will send you a tutorial from our KB.
