Thanks for your interest in the product!

1. You can add and remove members from your organization. All the seats are prorated monthly, so you can immediately add another user without waiting if you removed a user.
2. You can record the meetings. We're working on improving the playback quality.
3. We don't have any streaming integrations at this time.
4. Yes, when people log in they only see your branding
5. We have 4 user roles: Owner, Admin, Facilitator, and Member. There can only be one owner per organization and they are responsible for billing. Admins can do everything except billing. Facilitators have access to manage individuals and groups, but not the organization settings, and Members can only edit their own items. There are some configuration options in the Organization Settings to tweak the default permissions. "Meeting guests" which you could consider a 5th role, do not have to register or have a log-in to attend a meeting, but they can only attend a meeting, there is no other access right now.
6. There is no way to keep the guest data. In the future, we want to make it easy to convert a guest to a member, in which case they would get a log-in and have everything saved. This can also be used as a conversion tool for organizations on nucleus.
7. Guests cannot admit themselves to meetings. Each guest entry requires approval by a facilitator in the meeting.
8. As of now, we don't have any special offers planned. We have offered to provide additional video usage at cost if you go over your monthly quota.
