We only have support for English right now.
We're using Twilio Group Rooms which is intended to support up to 50 attendees. We've only had groups of ~15 on the app. We may have to make a few changes to how the videos are displayed to support more (we have a few different video conferencing enhancements on the roadmap).
The resolution is managed by Twilio and we don't have constraints in place (Twilio has the same fees regardless of quality). You can read a bit more about Twilio rooms in their docs if you're interested: https://www.twilio.com/docs/video/tutorials/understanding-video-rooms#video-rooms
We uses Twilio for our video provider.
