Thank you for your response and questions -- all super helpful.
Yes, we recognize your concerns and have attempted to model our product accordingly. Unfortunately, it's making it a little harder to understand our pricing model. We will consider the additional user seats separately from the meeting minutes. We're getting a lot of great feedback from AppSumo users.
I think we've actually, very intentionally set-up the model to address the use cases you've outlined but we haven't built out all the features to make it work 100%.
1. The "Guest" feature is intended to make it so you don't have to occupy a user seat for people that are only "prospects" and attending a meeting and possibly chatting in public channels (the latter half of the feature yet to be done).
2. All of our seats can be ended/re-used at any time and are pro-rated for the month (in the case of the Lifetime deal, the pro-rate doesn't matter, of course).
3. We will provide 2 solutions for past users to have access to information. The first is that we will add our share feature, which is currently in development for goals, to the Past Meeting history page which will allow you to generate a link to share the meeting details with anyone. Second, we plan to allow "Archive" access to disabled user accounts so they don't lose all of their information. The read-only type of experience will be similar to a Guest role in that the user can still view and access the site, but will not be able to create or edit the content (goals, meetings, etc.). We would like to have some export features eventually.
We've had requests and feedback on the Archived content before. We haven't prioritized it simply because other things have been ahead of it. However, that remains the vision for how it should work. We're not at all trying to make it difficult or leverage it as a way to get people to pay for users to maintain access.
Thanks for your detailed question! I hope this helps.
Feel free to schedule a demo or contact us with more questions.

Hi,
Thank you for your question!
Sorry about the lack of video. We have a free trial -- and we're accustomed to users signing up to use the product, we don't have a current video walkthrough, but we will make one today.
Appsumo did not say anything about making a video... and we didn't get the FAQ and some of the guidelines until after we launched (I received the email last night). Additionally, we filled out the information in two places and a lot of what was asked is not published by default anywhere on this page (they asked for website link, support links, etc. but it was entered into a since-deprecated form). We should have looked into it more but I was expecting a lot more back-and-forth and guidance from Appsumo. We didn't understand the expectations of the community. Thanks for your patience as we pull the information together.
I don't think we're an Airmeet or Zoom alternative, per se. We have video conferencing at the heart of the tool, but it's organized around Groups and Members with Agenda, Goals, and Notes integrated into the meeting experience. The primary use cases are Group Programs such as Masterminds, Accountability Groups, Live Virtual Workshops, Classes, Roundtables, etc. Right now we are at the stage where we have the core features -- Members, Groups, Meetings, Real-time Chat, Goals, and Meeting notes. Plus you can add your own branding and use your domain. In addition to polishing those experiences, we want to add more integrations and do a better of job of handling the funneling of users (your customers) into the product.
Airmeet has a lot more top-of-funnel tools for onboarding attendees (amongst many other things) and is focused on live events. We're more focused on recurring meetings where goals and accountability are facilitated by the technology. I think we're somewhere in-between those tools. We don't have very clear/direct competitor. It's somewhat of a mash-up of different technologies to solve a growing niche: group programs. Many community owners are expanding on their base monthly fee to be a part of the community, or monetizing free communities, by offering facilitated or mentored groups where they pair individuals within the community for a 6 or 12-month program and can charge more for that type of experience.
Hopefully, this clarifies a bit. We'll continue to add more information. Thank you
I think the closest product competitor that comes to mind is: https://adam.ai/ which was another 1 year deal here in AppSumo.
On another note, I've been reading the questions to decide whether to get this, and judging from the questions, understanding usage limits is not very intuitive. Some clarifications helped, but at the same time they revealed that even if you stack at the maximum level, you'll be doing so only for a max of 59 clients (assuming you're taking up one of the seats and have no extra team members).
In a use case where someone is having a high turnover of non-repeating clients, or where the sessions that a client might have are fixed (let's say you sell packages of 4 sessions, and you'd want to provide your client the ability to access the content that was generated together indefinitely, but such clients often don't buy another package), you'd be caught in the awkward position of either having to delete past clients (and thereby having them lose access to the content and account at Nucleus) or add monthly fees to accommodate access for clients who are now inactive and don't even spend any meeting minutes (which is a bit absurd).
I think the model would make more sense if members/clients were unlimited (or way more generous than they are right now) and meeting minutes was the main scarce resource. But if Twilio doesn't charge you solely by this metric and forces you to account for users on top of minutes in your pricing, then your third party partner is unfortunately placing a limitation on your business model that makes for kind of confusing pricing and hence less business. Maybe it might make sense to consider shopping around for another partner (e.g. https://jitsi.org/) in case it allows more flexibility in your pricing/biz model.
Moreover, a video of how the platform works and looks like with a few use cases is essential.
Finally, a spelling mistake on a quite visible part of the homepage (https://www.dropbox.com/s/m4lkk3u6vaxaivu/Screen%20Shot%202021-03-16%20at%2015.31.28.png?dl=0) may inadvertently signify inattention to detail, something you don't want.
Unless the issue I brought up (the one with inactive clients taking up seats and having to keep paying for them, so they can retain access to work already made, or delete them and having them lose access) is somehow smoothly addressed, I think I'll refrain from a purchase at this point in time.
Looking forward to your response.
Hi Paragonverve,
I've put together a video walkthrough here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LukALqv
It's a bit long! I will try to make a shorter one tomorrow :)
Hi -- uploaded the wrong video late last night. The same link has the correct video now.
Thanks
