Product is not working as expected
Probably the product was workable when they launched it but its no more functional as expected. But that was year ago. Maybe its no more maintained. That's why its not working anymore.
When you export figma components it returns error "Cannot validate the component" even on simple components too.

I confirm the product is working fine as expected.
But we recently had an outage (when you put the review) on our AWS storage that was full and needed to make more space. SO it can explain why you faced this issue.
I encourage you to try again the tool.
Sorry about our late answer, we're not a full time dedicated team on the product and have a very little time on support. We understand that it can be frustrating for users, that's why we decided to let the tool as LTD on Appsumo at a pretty low price.
