Too Bad...

The problem with LTD. They need money to keep going.

Bought in 2021, every year tried to redeem but no response from developer and no meaningful help from AppSumo. Today I checked, the site and product completely died. Thanks for nothing.

APPSUMO, you are building a reputation lately to promote and sell scams, first 'Bcast' which you didn't refund after they went bust and now Brindle Quickpop

The product itself is great but the customer service is the most disappointing service and brings down the Taco score.

I purchased 5 codes for this service to get the unlimited websites. Submitted them to the email address listed, received a response weeks later letting me know it was applied, go to use the license and it is only set for 1 license. I have been trying for about 2 or 3 months to get in touch with their customer service to correct this issue to only receive automated responses that they would get in touch. I have not heard from anyone and that is disappointing.

I have tried to find contact info on their website that was different from what was listed here and it all leads back to the same place.

The app is great, customer service is disappointing.

I stacked five codes for the unlimited sites deal, so I had to send an email to support stating all the codes. By doing this, they could manually upgrade my account.

Guess what? The company's customer service seems nonexistent. After sending several emails, I still haven't heard back. I've given them 30 days to respond to my concerns, but I think I can conclude that this company is not for me if they don't have a support team.

I purchased a full-stack of both the Brindle QuickPop plugin and the Brindle Booking plugin. Following the redemption instructions, I emailed Megan to stack the codes for both plugins into an unlimited license. After more than 6 support requests via their support page and emails to Megan over the period of over a month—crickets. No response other than an out-of-office message that says they are on vacation Sept 3-13 (it's Nov 7).

I was looking forward to using both plugins on my websites, but with no support whatsoever, installing these plugins on a production website is risky.

After multiple support tickets, an email and a message to their Facebook page - 3 weeks and still no response. Just atrocious.

Plugin has minimal integrations so unless you have Mailchimp, it's pointless.

No way to stop it popping up constantly if you use a click-through button instead of a email signup. If there is - I would know if they replied to any of my support tickets.

Annoyed it's now out of the refund period.

Two tacos purely because it was otherwise easy to set up even though I can't use it.

The plugin itself is quite good, not the best out there but for the price I can't complain.

I haven't heard back from support, I've contacted them twice for 2 different queries and it has been over a week.

The account management side of things is confusing at best, and I still haven't managed to make scroll triggered pop ups work - there is nothing in the documentation about this despite mention of the functionality on their site.

Overall, it's a good price especially as I've full stacked. Just hope that my queries can be resolved, and this will be a 4-4.5 star plugin.

Was excited to find what looked to be a simple modal popup generator for Wordpress that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Finally got a chance to install the plugin to a client site and turns out there's an issue that essentially renders it unusable in its current state.

Have been waiting almost two weeks for a response from support and nothing.

Seems like a good product but unusable in its current state.

I purchased and refunded 5. Unfortunately, the company has to redeem all stacked offers manually. Today is day 10, with two emails sent to them, and there is no reply.

We wanted to use the product.

I purchased five codes. I've only been able to redeem one as you have to email them and have them manually stack the codes. It's been five days, and I am only receiving automated messages. I may wait a few more days. If there isn't a reply, I'll refund all five codes as I cannot get them stacked.

Great solution for WP developers.

Totally fade up. Even a free plugin is best than it. Support is worst. Sent mail to stack other 4 codes but didn't getback yet since 2 days almost.

I can't complain. I have already been fed up with all of those free plugins and non-premium limitations. They might be useful but not that flexible like this one, especially at this price tag.

I am happy to deploy QuickPopUp to any of my website, and my client's website, without any shame.

It's been also easily to implement within FB subscription altogether with an option to let visitors to choose how to opt in to newsletter - FB or email. Very nice (aka two options to opt in). Thanks to editor I am able to add anything I like - video etc...

I’ve also been able to add gif instead of static image to attract attention to Pop up.

A also appreciate the option to let the pop up appears when leaving website.

Any pop up made with QuickPopUp can be easily set for any page or post in WP desired - Means every page can have a different pop up.

Support is quite responsive - Last response about some concerns took 48 hours - Not perfect, but I!d say the plugin is perfect enough that there is not many bugs at all to stop the plugin work and drive the results.

✌ I like it, really! But, I'd add an option to manage how this pop up will really look like regarding be able to manage picture/gif size. I know I can probably manage it myself, but it might be nice additional feature.

Do I recommend it? Yes! As mentiod above, the plugin works really well. - I stacked full unlimited website option (5 codes) for just $35.00 - An excellent deal!

Went and stacked 5 for this, love it!

The plugin is not working correctly - sorting shows thongs it should not. It is also sometimes quite slow on the front-end.

Support? There is none. Absolutely no answer to many of my emails.

I tested a couple of popup plugins before. Nothing beats Quickpop! Great UI, easy to use and very slick! Nice one MyBrindle ;)

Quick pop WP Pop Builder is an excellent pop up with excellent support. Stack 5 codes to get unlimited. Recommended

The product itself has potential, yet the support is lacking (sadly).
