I purchased the RADAAR Lifetime membership because it was advertised as it will always be equivalent to their Pro plan with valuable features like bulk scheduling, unlimited content pool, and post recycling. These were the main reasons I invested, they were essential for my business. Now, RADAAR has changed their membership structure. The Lifetime deal I bought no longer includes the features I paid for. Instead, they’ve stripped Pro down to the most basic level, and the only real benefit left is unlimited manual scheduling. But honestly, why pay for that? You can do manual scheduling for free using Meta Business Suite or plenty of other tools.
According to RADAAR’s own pricing table, the Professional plan (where LTDs are now mapped) only allows 12 bulk-upload posts per CSV, while the cheaper Standard plan allows 60. That means Professional isn’t actually better, even though it costs more. On top of that, recurring posts are capped at 6, and the content pool isn’t unlimited unless you upgrade again. So before assuming Professional is superior just because it’s a higher tier, check the features online and compare. For me is no longer worth it and I won't give them 1 extra penny, the Pro plan feels feels like a bad bait and switch.

I can now track the performance of my posts, measure engagement, and gain valuable insights into my audience's preferences. This has allowed me to fine-tune my social media strategy for better results.
Collaboration has become seamless with this software. My coworkers and team can work together on content creation, review, and scheduling, all within RADAAR - across multiple platforms - Macs, Windows. It has improved our workflow and communication significantly. And yes, while it has an iPad app, which kinda works — I just go on the browser and it pretty much works for me. RADAAR does need an iPhone app though — but hey. There is a small learning curve -- but I do like that the programmers are active on Facebook and answer questions - you aint' lost in the woods with this.
Did I mention the web analytics. One screen brings you a window of all your social media posts — absolute genius RADAAR. Overall, social media planning software has made my life as a governmental social media manager much more efficient and productive. It has saved me time, improved my content strategy, and ultimately boosted my online presence. This would be considered a “Gem” — I highly recommend RADAAR to anyone looking to elevate their social media game!
