Curt customer service, lacking a basic feature
I reached out to support inquiring how to set up permissions for which team members can access which connected accounts.
Their response: buy another subscription, because that's not possible.
Every other major player (Buffer, Publer, etc) lets you add team members with specific permissions for each account or group of accounts. I mentioned this and instead of offering to make a feature request they simply stated that's how our app works and closed the ticket.
I know not every feature request can be implemented, but for a product that's already so bloated with MVP features that go unused, some basic permissions would be really nice.
