Pretty solid app, still needs some improvement

I've been using Later for my social media managing for the last couple of years and I was hoping to find something better. This app does a few things better but isn't quite there. First, the good things:
- Social Media CRM: being able to organize contacts who have commented/messaged with searchable labels is awesome
- More channel options than other apps (Google Business in particular is awesome)

The not so good:
- Scheduling is a clunky experience
- Many of the features are still in beta and don't work at all. Hashtag research in particular is unusable right now.
- The grid preview only shows posts scheduled in Radaar, it won't pull from IG to give a preview of already published/manually published posts

It doesn't have a media library like Later, so it's hard to tell what content I've used in the past or filter by unused media. There are some easy enough workarounds for this, but it's not as streamlined as other social media managing apps.

I'm on the fence if I will keep it. I'll hang on for a couple of weeks and see if the CRM feature continues to work well with organizing contacts, it might be worth it on that alone. Based on the scheduler features alone, I would definitely have refunded this one already. Hopefully it gets better as they release new features.

Thank you for your honest review. Yes, you're right, we still have a lot to do.

I believe that, when comparing the two products, especially one of them is early-stage and other one is scale-up, the following should also be taken into account: when were they established? (Later: 2014, RADAAR: 2021) how many people work? (Later: 360, RADAAR: 10) How much investment did they receive? (Later: $1.3M, RADAAR: $115K)

Then we need to compare their the product development speed. Thus, we can foresee where both will be in the near future.

So please check out what we done so far: https://product.radaar.io/announcements
Also our roadmap: https://product.radaar.io/roadmap

And just try to imagine where we will be in 1 year later as product-wise than decide to refund or not :)

I think LTD is not just having a product with a crazy price. It's also about believing a team and investing in that product.
