Super excited to hear you've been enjoying Rize so far! We have a lot more planned. You actually can add custom categories and edit existing categories right now.

If you go to around minute 3, you can see how to change categories of existing apps or websites as well as how to create a custom category. We're working on adding more in-app tutorials that shows this behavior too. Sorry it's a bit hidden! Let me know if that is helpful or if I misunderstood your question.
