RTILA - RPA & Web Automation

Product details

Q: Can we automate non-browser applications with RTILA?

1) Hi, is that possible to automate various windows apps, for example Mozilla Thunderbird, Ableton, calculator? OR is this for web browser automation only?
2) How is fingerprinting handled? I mean, it's pretty hard task to generate a realistic browser fingerprint. Also, are socks5 or maybe inbuilt VPN engine for openvpn configs/similar available?
3) How are various CAPTCHAs handled? Is there a inbuilt engine or maybe we can connect to third-party captcha solvers?

A: Hello anp

1) Hi, is that possible to automate various windows apps, for example Mozilla Thunderbird, Ableton, calculator? OR is this for web browser automation only?
>>> We have a limited OS side automation in terms of UI commands. But we have a command line control over the OS side see the documentation here: https://rtila.com/docs/desktop-os-commands/
And the other way is to use our API/Webhook commands and our Folder/Files commands to communicate/integrate with an OS automation software like PowerAutomate or an Ai Agent like Manus, we have an API Bridge command that allows you to connect/communicate/integrate with any REST API system see doc here:
https://rtila.com/docs/api-bridge-get-post-requests/

2) How is fingerprinting handled? I mean, it's pretty hard task to generate a realistic browser fingerprint. Also, are socks5 or maybe inbuilt VPN engine for openvpn configs/similar available?
>>> We have basic Fingerprint generation commands which we are going to improve, see below some of them:
https://rtila.com/docs/switch-browser-identity-command/
https://rtila.com/docs/proxies-using-built-in-rotation/
But we also have a native integration/partnership with Incogniton which proposes more advanced browser finger print and you can use RTILA20 to get a discount

3) How are various CAPTCHAs handled? Is there a inbuilt engine or maybe we can connect to third-party captcha solvers?
>>> We have an integration with 2catpcha and it works very well, see doc here:
https://rtila.com/docs/setup-captcha-resolution/
