>>> A dedicated IP for web scrapping is actually not recommended if you go for volume but in all cases you can use our Proxying feature see doc here: https://rtila.com/docs/proxies-using-built-in-rotation/
otherwise if you run your automation on our Secure Cloud then we are using Proxying in each page load and your flow gets a new IP address

2.) Can I schedule task to work in the cloud with RTILA without incurring and additional cost of purchasing my own VPS? Please explain
