Backlinking is technically possible but you need to create a template/flow for each website where you want to create a link. Unless you are going to build a business/tool for Backlinking it is not worth to do this with RTILA to only submit 1 website. You can find some specialized free or paid backlink building solutions or services that would be a better use of your time.
2: Scraping products (specific product URLs) from wholesalers and their retail (built with Shopify) websites. And my website (built with Woocommerce) will publish those products directly.

>>> Yes this is doable, again the key is to also use the same SKU or unique reference for the product variants. And then you can set a scheduler that can update the products every X minutes our hours.

This requires a manual step first of identifying/finding the URLs of your competitors websites and then comes the question of matching the products between multiple sites as the product name may change from site to site and some may not use the same SKUs/references.

Overall the large majority of what you want to achieve is possible with RTILA and the use of some additional software/service but this is not a small project and will require time and effort. But once done you would be making a significant saving of human time so the ROI is there.
