Q: Urgent: unable to activate RTILA Studio or open a support ticket.

I finally purchased Stack 6 and received the email with my license, but when I try to activate RTILA Studio, my license doesn't work, nor does the member activation with URL. I tried to open a ticket, but the form doesn't allow me to upload any files, neither jpg nor pdf, and when I click on “create ticket,” it doesn't create it.
No one is responding to me on tawk.to.

My license appears as inactive on https://rtila.com/my-account/?action=manage_licenses.

Can you help me, please?

That's what I did. I downloaded the latest version and tried to activate the application with both the license code and the team URL link, but without success. I wrote to support@rtila.com, but no one has contacted me. And I still don't understand why my license appears as inactive. I hope you can help me.
