A: Usually while scraping can we define the "wait seconds" between each instance dynamically, like 2.33sec, 3.23sec, 1.34sec etc.

At the moment you can specify a range whereby our software chose randomly. For instance you can put 1 to 5 seconds, and on each cycle it will choose randomly a waiting time between 1 and 5 seconds. From our experience this mimics much better a human behavior as compared to a pattern based waiting time.

Also, can it loop through a list of URL?

Yes you can. By creating a List item in the automation tab it actually already configures that block as a loop and it will go through every value in that list before moving to the next automation block.
