High hopes, Higher disappointment
I had extremely high hopes for this product and spent over $600 in June of 2025 on this software fully expecting to be able to quickly get a return on my investment.
It is now one year later (July 2026) and while I still believe the power this product holds is impressive, the user experience, available support, and product education are a 1/10.
At one time there was a Skool community which was supposed to be a hub for training, then training was supposed to be provided through Middlesex University, now its YouTube videos (which are narrated by a bot voice and only give you a "part" of the whole image) that happen to be inconsistent in provisioning. The only viable option is a forum (https://rtila.net/) where the last "official update" was in May 10, 2026 (over 2 months ago).
RTILA Administrators seem to just be waiting around for users to post problems for them to fix.
The most significant ask from multiple users BY FAR is for reliable training and all RTILA representatives keep saying is "coming soon"
You've been "coming soon" for a year already, archived your Skool community, had no further mention of Middlesex University, update to your most recent model RTILA X in May, posted 10 YouTube videos narrated by bots (7 of which are all less than 1 minute 30 seconds) which explain a single use case of the software and don't actually teach the user how to become proficient.
Holistically, if you can't offer education to users of your product (regardless of their experience) you should not be selling it on a platform like AppSumo.
To AppSumo: Get this product off of here. It's useless for most.
