Software doesn't' work at all
The tool crashes when launched with Chrome and it wouldn't let launch with Edge at all (on Windows)
Customer support is bad too
No one attends the chat
No one replies to the tickets.
They said prio support in the listing but no one responds at all

Please bump up your email or ticket or share a keyword about your email/subject, as we had a few weeks of less responsive support due to an intensive course and V8 testing we were busy with. And we will share with you a temporary fix for the Google Chrome bug and also share early access to the V8 which should have these issues solved. We are going through a difficult time and being under-staffed at the moment so we hope you can understand the situation and help us go through it together, the new V8 is promising and will allow us to also revamp our documentation and support services.
