Q: it is not a good sign when willing buyers do not receive an answer to their questions after 5 days.

Products like email are extremely critical and essential for any business. How can I build trust with a new provider if I don't get an answer to my questions? This is not a good start to a sales campaign. The question is, can I trust a service that doesn't answer questions when it could be making money? What does the support look like after I have spent my money? What if there are problems or difficulties? I would have liked to try this service after my questions were answered, but I'd rather stick with what I have. Sorry.
