SaneBox - AI for your email

Product details

Q: welcome here to appsumo.

i am very interested in your service. first i am interested in what happens after the first year? is there a grandfathered price? then i have a second question. i use business gmail and have worked out a system by filtering incoming emails. some emals get a label or more and are moved out of the inbox. They then appear under the label/folder. What happens when i use sanebox? do my filters have priority or is everything basically moved to the SaneBox folder? an example:
The incoming email <order@test1.com> has a filter and gets the Orders label as well as a year/month label and would also get the 202106 label for that month, in addition the email is moved out of the inbox or in other words the inbox label is deleted. From this time on I find the email via search or my labels "Orders" or "202106". How does this affect the use of SaneBox? Can it be used in parallel? I can write a support ticket if my explanation is not clear and explain it in more detail, but I think that other Appsumos will be interested in this as well. Thank you!

A: Hi there! Thank you for your interest, and we're incredibly sorry for the delayed reply.

The price you see listed in our offer here will stick with you even after that first year. The only key difference is that after the first year of service, you'll pay via the SaneBox website instead of through AppSumo.

As for the filters you have setup in your email account, typically those are server-side and will act before SaneBox filtering. In most cases, your personal filters will work in parallel with SaneBox and there shouldn't be any conflict as long as the filters don't impact Sane folders by moving emails to/from those folders.

I hope this helps to answer your questions! If you have any further questions about those filters, please feel free to reach out to us at support@sanebox.com and we'll be happy to dive into that with you!
