Q: Double video appearing
I purchased this a few months back, and I noticed when I have the web camera on plus screen capture, and I decide to move the location of my laptop camera capture, there is a duplicate of the camera recording my face that I can't get rid of.... Is there a way to delete the duplicate camera view without cutting out the audio? or is there a setting that is causing my laptop camera to show up twice?

Aug 28, 2025A: When using the Record & Edit option with webcam recording, your camera is automatically added to your project. You can also preview your webcam while recording your screen. If the preview window is placed inside the red recording rectangle, you will see two copies of the same video stream when you start editing your project: one from the preview and one from the webcam recording.
If that is not what you want to do, there are three solutions:
1. Check the option Screen/Exclude windows/ScreenToVideo before recording
2. Keep the preview window outside the recording area, or hide it with [ALT + F4] or [CTRL + SHIFT + C];
3. After recording, delete the video object corresponding to your webcam.
