Can the video library be organized with folders? I didn't see this option in the help file.

I know there are limitations on the capacity of a single file, but what if I want a total length of 20 minutes, but it's divided into many segments, is that OK? Does it also support video continuation but without an option? Because the video may be long and need to be cut. But some have problems continuing, while others can play directly.
