Do you offer a resell / white-label license? (I’ve also emailed via your official website but haven’t received a reply yet.)
Does the tool support WhatsApp Buttons and WhatsApp Catalog features?
For Instagram and Telegram, how does the bulk messaging campaign work?
Is it possible to send messages to WhatsApp Groups, Telegram Groups, or Instagram Group chats?

Here are the clarifications:
White label and resell license
We do not offer a white label version. The features you are looking for are available in different platforms, such as SendApp Agent, which is not available as a lifetime version.

WhatsApp buttons and WhatsApp catalog
These features are supported only through the official WhatsApp API, not in the desktop version or lifetime tools.
Instagram and Telegram bulk messaging
Telegram sending is available in the desktop version and in SendApp Agent.
Instagram bulk sending is not available due to Meta restrictions.
Sending to groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram)
WhatsApp does not allow sending messages to groups.
Telegram allows sending only in specific cases, such as when the bot is added to the group.
Instagram does not allow sending messages to group chats.
