I run a local home service based business. We offer a range of gutter cleaning and guttering services. I currently rank on the first page of google for the main relevant key word searches. When I use free seo audit tools there is always a list of ways to improve my site performance etc. I have reached out to SEO businesses and to be honest I am skeptical about the prices they charge and what they will actually do.
My question is as a local small business owner will this tool be relevant for my business? Will I be able to easily understand and implement the recommendations and will I be able to implement actions in order to outrank my competitors for relevant key words? I am always second or Third in google and cannot seem to be the top of page business. So hoping to get to the top of the page for certain key words.
Also is there a link building tool with this software as I assume that would be important for my type of business.

We try to help you fix the issues on your site to boost your rankings. But yes, sometimes, you need a bit of technical knowledge to fix an issue. But don't worry, there is plenty of information online to help you.

Following on from Rick's advice, Site Guru highlights errors with your website which may be affecting ranking. SEO involves a combination of things - "on-site" and "off-site". Site Guru is an on-site fix recommendation tool. The issues are in a traffic light sequence, fix the RED issues first as that would give you the best pay off to start with.
