I have a ton of AppSumo deals, and I buy pretty much every SEO tool. First of all, SiteGuru is absolutely the most user-friendly SEO tool, so I've been recommending it to friends because the UI/UX is really easy to understand unlike a lot of the rank tracking tools that I have.

However, what really amazed me was the customer support. I ran into issues a couple times, and in every situation Rick went above and beyond to solve things. The first one was a smaller thing, and he literally fixed it within minutes. Note that instead of submitting a ticket and waiting for emails, you can use the chat function on the site and get a really fast response.

The second issue I had was really complex, leading to tons of detailed analysis of AWS servers, nginx, PHP-FPM, and 422 error codes which are really unusual. This one took us many days to solve, but again, SiteGuru had spectacular support in sticking with the problem and iterating until we finally solved it. I had already maxed out my AppSumo codes after the first support response, but after this, I'm a raving fan of this company and I will recommend it to everybody!
